Position Overview

Tracie Healthcare Solutions GmbH is an innovative start-up focused on developing software solutions tailored for the medical sector. As a corporate venture of the prominent laboratory product manufacturer Greiner Bio-One (GBO), we are dedicated to enhancing the pre-analytical phase of laboratory diagnostics through digital transformation.

Our mission is to streamline sample collection processes and minimize errors, ultimately enhancing patient safety. Our software is actively utilized by numerous hospitals and laboratories across Europe in daily patient care operations.

Joining Team Tracie means playing a vital role in advancing digitalization and quality enhancement in the healthcare industry.

We are in search of a skilled (m/f/d) Implementation Engineer, with options for full-time or part-time roles, located in Linz or Munich.

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be pivotal in delivering customer-focused implementation services. Your responsibilities will include deploying and configuring our software solutions to align with client requirements.

Being part of our Product team, you will leverage your strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the implementation of our software solutions, encompassing installation, configuration, and integration with third-party systems (Laboratory Information Systems).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and maintain implementation strategies, project timelines, and documentation.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation journey.
  • Deliver third-level technical support for our software solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of support processes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable role.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a passion for engaging directly with B2B clients.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server is essential.
  • Familiarity with HL7 API connectivity is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A structured and transparent working style.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly motivated to achieve results.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Willingness to travel to international client sites (less than 10%).
