Job Title: Regional Talent and Organization Development Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the training and development needs for regional and local teams.
• Develop individual training measures for different target groups.
• Support managers in assessing performance and promote the continuous development of employees.
• Initiate and support change management activities and projects.
• Manage and support integration processes following company mergers.
• Be actively involved in interdisciplinary HR projects and moderate international meetings and workshops.
• Carry out HR analyses and create meaningful reports to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement global talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop the best talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, education, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
• At least three years of practical experience in human resources or change management in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting training sessions for different target groups and proficiency in a wide range of training methods.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Well-versed in project and change management and able to approach complex processes in a structured manner.
