Regional Talent and Organization Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Expert to join our team as a Regional Talent and Organization Development Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving our HR transformation journey in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis and Training Concepts: Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine training and development requirements for regional and local teams. Develop and implement individualized training measures for diverse target groups.
  • Feedback and Performance: Oversee the annual feedback and performance process, supporting managers in assessing employee performance and promoting continuous development.
  • Change Management: Initiate and support change management activities and projects, working closely with the regional HR manager to successfully implement our HR strategy.
  • Post-Merger Integration: Manage and support integration processes following company mergers.
  • HR Projects and Moderation: Participate in interdisciplinary HR projects and moderate international meetings and workshops.
  • HR Analyses and Reporting: Conduct HR analyses and create meaningful reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement global talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, education, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification. At least three years of practical experience in human resources or change management in an international environment is desirable.
  • Training and Communication: Experience in conducting training sessions for diverse target groups and proficiency in a wide range of training methods. Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Methodological Competence: Well-versed in project and change management, with the ability to approach complex processes in a structured manner.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally within Western Europe.
