Envipco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to join our team in Osnabrück, Germany. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for supporting the definition, setup, and support of company-wide business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process Modeling and Optimization: Develop and implement process models and optimization strategies based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems and modules, including third-party add-ons.
- Business Process Support: Provide first-level support for local colleagues on Microsoft Dynamics 365-related issues and support the definition, setup, and support of company-wide business processes.
- Report Creation and Management: Create and manage business legal and functional reports, views, and dashboard requirements.
- End-User Support: Provide pre- and post-Go-Live end-user support for people, processes, and procedures.
- Business Continuity: Manage business continuity, including needs analysis, design, execution planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: Create functional designs and support key-user organizations to map and own their individual processes, using Value Stream Mapping technology to eliminate inefficiencies and 'waste' in processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the KAIZAN circle of continuous improvement in applicable business areas.
- Functional Requirements: Coordinate with functional departments to gather their functional requirements, controls, and reporting needs.
- Proactive Approach: Proactively approach Business Process Owners to ensure effective process management.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with internal colleagues and external consultants and vendors to deliver projects and solutions.
- Information Delivery: Ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful information delivery, properly documented.
- IT Budget Alignment: Ensure alignment with the overall Company's IT budget.
- Experience: 3+ years of working experience in Supply Chain with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Knowledge: 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of (Field) Service Management (FSM), CRM, and ERP business processes in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Skills: Proven track record and excellent ability to translate user requirements into solid and sustainable business processes and procedures.
- Language: Fluent in English (company standard language), Dutch, and/or German language is a plus.
- International Experience: International end-user support capability and professional experience.
- Culture: Experience working in a fast-paced, growing, global company with mixed nationalities and cultures in one project team.
- Attitude: Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to take responsibility.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive 'Can-Do' attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Travel: EU driving license holder (able to travel across Europe) and willing to travel occasionally to Envipco locations.
