Job Title: Business Process Engineer

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's profitability and financial stability. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash flows, manage budgets and forecasts, and provide valuable insights to our business units.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of the finance function's strategy and vision
  • Support the rollout of global standard transport management systems (TMS) as a representative from Finance
  • Collaborate with business process engineers to ensure appropriate parameter settings in TMS
  • Implement system setups to enhance transparency and visibility of defined KPIs
  • Ensure the implementation of defined KPIs across segments
  • Develop measures to close capability gaps and work with products and IT to implement them globally
  • Ensure the connection of interfaces from TMS into the Group's finance applications
  • Coordinate cooperation between national companies and corporate headquarters as well as segment organization
  • Advise global finance executives on procedural matters
Your Key Skills:
  • University degree in business management, economics, management information systems, or related field
  • Professional experience in a finance department (Controlling, Accounting)
  • Knowledge of procedures and processes in the financial sector
  • Experience working in a dynamic finance environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in Business Process Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English, other languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
