Job Title: Business Process Engineer

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's profitability and financial stability. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing cash flows, performance, budgets, and forecasts, providing reliable data to inform business decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the finance function to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Support the rollout of global standard transport management systems (TMS) as a representative from Finance, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business process engineers to ensure appropriate parameter settings in TMS, driving process improvements and enhancing system functionality.
  • Implement system setups to support transparency and visibility of defined KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement measures to close capability gaps, working closely with products and IT to ensure global organization-wide implementation.
  • Ensure the connection of interfaces from TMS into the Group's finance applications, streamlining financial processes.
  • Coordinate cooperation between national companies and corporate headquarters, as well as segment organization, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Advise global finance executives on procedural issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Your Key Skills:
  • University degree in business management, economics, management information systems, or related discipline.
  • Professional experience in a finance department (Controlling, Accounting).
  • Knowledge of procedures and processes in the financial sector.
  • Experience working in a dynamic finance environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in Business Process Management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent English, other languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
