The Team

The Operations organization at Cognex is responsible for delivering high-quality products to customers globally. The Operations New Product Introduction (NPI) team plays a critical role in this success, and this position is a key part of that team.

The Role

This Program Manager will lead the planning and deployment of Operations resources, including procurement, manufacturing engineering, and test development. They will partner with global business units to identify obstacles to on-time release and quality objectives, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and deployment of Operations resources

  • Coordinate Operations budgets associated with products
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and enhancement processes

Requirements

  • BS degree in engineering or a related business discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in high-tech, electro-mechanical products in volume production
  • Experience with integrated technology products is a strong plus
  • Experience working on a global scale is preferred
