About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at PAION Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams consisting of subject matter experts to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including management, team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or life sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
