IT Core Banking Specialist

As a key member of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will be part of the CORE BANKING IT team, responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive back-office platform to manage business lines across France and Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business users, providing training and support as needed to ensure smooth post-deployment.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and functional release note preparation to guarantee optimum quality of service.
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field with a focus on IT.
- Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain, with a focus on derivatives being an advantage.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with business fluency in written and spoken English required.
- First experience with JIRA and SQL is an advantage.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
