About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our Core Banking IT team as a Business Services Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Core Banking platform and its satellite applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for production topics related to the Core Banking platform and its satellite applications.
- Manage and process all incidents and problems in our central IT service management tool.
- Communicate effectively with users and other IT teams to resolve issues and improve Quality of Service.
- Develop and maintain reports and key performance indicators to monitor Quality of Service.
- Participate in relevant committees and contribute to major project GO-Lives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage IT vulnerabilities and improve Cyber-Security.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field with a focus on IT.
- Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, with very good knowledge of French an advantage.
- Experience with JIRA and SQL an advantage.
- Analytical skills and curiosity are essential for success in this role.
- Willingness to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main.
