About the Role
As a key member of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will join the CORE BANKING IT team, which has developed a comprehensive back-office platform to manage all business lines of the group in France and Germany, supporting the European ambition of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business lines and back-office operators for projects and bundle evolutions.
- Analyze and evaluate current system processes, interfaces, and workflows.
- Recommend changes and enhancements to improve business operations.
- Consider opportunities for mutualizing solutions for France and Germany and potential risks for the impact of changes.
- Work cross-functionally with all IT teams, including IT Ops/Infra, IT Front tools, IT Portfolio Management Systems, and IT Compliance.
- Specify requirements using Agile methodology (Jira IT & Test Framework & Documentation Wiki).
- Operate in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Closely collaborate with the Software DEV Factory based in Tunis or the provider, depending on the solution.
- Proactively participate in user acceptance testing projects with the Quality Analysts team.
Quality of Service
- Support business users, including training if necessary.
- Participate in functional release note preparation for each delivery.
- Support the delivery process to ensure smooth post-deployment.
- Handle bundle upgrade requests and bug fixes to guarantee optimum quality of service.
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or similar with a focus on IT.
- Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain, with a focus on derivatives being an advantage.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English required, with very good knowledge of French being an advantage.
- First experience with JIRA and SQL being an advantage.
- Analytical skills and curiosity are key to working in a demanding environment.
- You have at least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Willingness to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main.
