About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Core Banking IT Specialist to join our team at ODDO BHF Group. As a key member of our IT Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our core banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business lines and back-office operators to identify project needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate current system processes, interfaces, and workflows to recommend changes and enhancements.
- Work closely with IT teams to specify requirements using Agile methodology and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Software DEV Factory to deliver high-quality solutions and participate in user acceptance testing projects.
- Support business users, including training and documentation, to ensure a smooth post-deployment experience.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field with a focus on IT.
- Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain, with a focus on derivatives an advantage.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with business fluency in written and spoken English required.
- First experience with JIRA and SQL an advantage.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
