Workspace Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Workspace Sales Specialist to join our team at AVOMIND. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound demand, qualifying leads, and assigning them to our sales team. You will also be responsible for coordinating tours, calls, and meetings for our sales team across all locations in London and Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify inbound leads and manage new business enquiries
- Arrange and coordinate tours, calls, and meetings for the sales team
- Provide insights to the Marketing team to ensure that our Marketing efforts are deployed appropriately
- Manage demand-side partners and build new relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners
- Maintain listings copy, photos, and availability on online platforms
- Nurture leads and develop new enquiries to educate them on our products and services
- Target prospects via email and wider business development activities
- Keep all sales data up to date and track pipeline lead probability, availability, and occupancy
- Fluent English and German spoken and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- High commercial acumen and a desire to progress within the department
- Highly organised approach and great communication skills
- A keen interest in flexible workspace and the tech industry
