Join Our Team as an ESG Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Specialist to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in driving our corporate goals and visions forward.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with our company's values and goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz).
  • Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our sustainability targets.
  • Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our sustainability data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluations regarding human rights and environmental standards in the supply chain to ensure compliance with our sustainability policies.
Your Key Skills:
  • Completed university studies in a relevant field, such as sustainability management or environmental science.
  • Experience in sustainability reporting, preferably according to CSRD or GRI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics, with a strong commitment to driving positive change.
  • Basic knowledge of integrated management systems and sustainability frameworks.
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills.
