As a key member of our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a vital role in driving our corporate goals and visions forward. With a strong focus on sustainability, you will support our operational areas in developing and implementing strategies and programs that promote environmental, social, and governance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with our corporate goals and visions.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes for compliance with environmental and social regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our sustainability targets.
  • Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to collect and verify data for sustainability reporting.
  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluations regarding human rights and environmental standards in our supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Completed university studies in a relevant field, such as sustainability management or logistics.
  • Experience in sustainability reporting, preferably according to international standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in common office applications and data management systems.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics, with a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
