At Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ESG Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our corporate goals and visions forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with our company's values and goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz).
  • Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our sustainability targets.
  • Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our sustainability data.

Requirements:

  • Completed university studies, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or sustainability management.
  • Experience in sustainability reporting, at best according to CSRD or GRI.
  • Communicative personality, high degree of initiative and independence.
  • Confident use of common office applications.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics.
  • Basic knowledge of integrated management systems.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
