Ihre Aufgaben
  • Den gesamten Vertriebsbereich verantworten und Vertriebsstrategien entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Die Vertriebsexpansion und Geschäftsentwicklung in der Zielgruppe aktiv vorantreiben
  • Aufbau von strategischen Partnerschaften gegenüber Externen und (potenziellen) Kunden
  • Betreuen der nationalen und internationalen Kundenbeziehungen und Ableiten einer Strategie zur Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden
  • Bearbeitung von Märkten, inkl. Identifikation, Erschließung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse und anschließender Marktbearbeitung verantworten
  • Neukunden und Segmente akquirieren
  • Kunden besuchen, beraten und verkaufsvorbereitende bzw. -abschließende Maßnahmen initiieren
  • Quartals- und Jahresgespräche mit Distributoren, Vertriebspartnern, NGO's, Einkaufsgemeinschaften, Großkunden und Kliniken führen
  • Vertriebsrelevante Kennzahlen einführen, optimieren und überwachen
  • Spezielle Kundenwünsche und innovative Produktideen erkennen und übermitteln
  • Konstruktiven Änderungsvorschlägen und Neuentwicklungen für das Produktportfolio vorantreiben
  • Klinische Erprobungen betreuen und neue Produkte einführen sowie nachfolgende Ergebnisse auswerten
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Vertriebsprozesse und Abläufe vorantreiben
  • An (inter-)nationalen Kongressen und Veranstaltungen teilnehmen
Ihr Profil
  • Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Branchenerfahrung in der Medizintechnik (vorzugsweise in der Ophthalmologie)
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung auch in der disziplinarischen Führung und Personalentwicklung eines Vertriebsteams
  • Exzellente strategische, analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Profunde Vertriebskenntnisse, hohes unternehmerisches und gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Herausragende soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und intrinsische Motivation
  • Überragendes Verhandlungsgeschick, Umsetzungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
