Global Beverage Solutions Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and increase sales of our red fruit juices and concentrates.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other partners in the food and beverage industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sustainable, profitable growth with selected Key-Accounts and local Accounts by leveraging our core competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
  • Deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
