Wir suchen einen People & Culture Business Consultant, der unsere Erfolgsgeschichte aktiv mitgestalten kann.

Job Summary

Als People & Culture Business Consultant bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten, die den Geschäftserfolg unserer Kunden unterstützen. Du wirst als Berater und Coach unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung ihrer Organisationsstruktur, der Entwicklung von Strategien und der Implementierung von Veränderungsprojekten unterstützen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Gestaltung ihrer Organisationsstruktur und der Entwicklung von Strategien
  • Implementierung von Veränderungsprojekten und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
  • Beratung und Coaching unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung von Talenten und der Implementierung von Talent-Management-Strategien
  • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung von Recruiting-Prozessen und der Implementierung von Recruiting-Strategien
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Business-Development-Strategien und der Implementierung von Vertragsverhandlungen
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fach oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der HR-Branche oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HR-Tools und -Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
