Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Global People and Culture Strategy
  • Design and Nurture a Positive Corporate Culture
  • Develop and Execute Programs for Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Development
  • Design and Implement Policies and Procedures for Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Relations
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Across the Company
  • Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
  • Monitor Employee Satisfaction and Implement Measures to Improve Engagement
  • Lead and Coach the People and Culture Team
  • Ensure Open and Effective Communication Between Management and Employees
  • Oversee Budget Planning and Resource Allocation

About You
  • Several years of experience in People and Culture management and organizational development in a leadership role
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional HR qualifications are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of People and Culture strategy, employment law, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee development
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, as well as developing leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting People and Culture data and deriving strategic actions
  • Experience in change management and successfully implementing change processes
  • Passion for shaping and maintaining a positive culture, with the ability to create a work environment where employees feel valued and motivated
