Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Intern to join our team at BuildingMinds. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and scheduling appointments with customers to ensure timely communication and organization.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify and evaluate solutions to improve our onboarding and operations processes.
  • Developing streamlined processes to improve the onboarding experience for our customers.
  • Creating informative fact sheets and collateral to ensure our customers have all the necessary information.
  • Actively engaging with customers to ensure their needs are being met and their feedback is being heard.
  • Assisting in organizing meetings, events, and activities that help strengthen our customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Native level German speaker and strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers.
  • Currently enrolled as a student in the field of business, marketing, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, or any related field.
  • Proactive way of thinking; organized and possessing strong time management skills.
  • Solution-focused and open-minded personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
