Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Intern to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our company. Your focus on customer satisfaction will drive business success, and your ability to develop streamlined processes will help us deliver our services more efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely communication and organization.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate solutions to improve our onboarding and operations processes.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance the onboarding experience for our customers.
  • Create informative fact sheets and collateral to ensure our customers have all the necessary information.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is heard.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and activities that strengthen our customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Native level German speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, urban planning, architecture, or sustainability.
  • Proactive thinking, strong time management skills, and a solution-focused personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
