Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead our dynamic team and drive growth in the vision industry. As the Head of Sales - Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a market-focused sales strategy, leading a global sales team, and building long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a market-focused sales strategy, including product and technology roadmaps, go-to-market approaches, and competitive positioning based on market analyses and customer feedback.
- Lead and develop a global sales team, driving sales activities and ensuring the team's success.
- Interact closely with the management team to define company goals and create sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the business network and win clients.
- Train the sales team and implement best practices.
- Experienced Sales Leader with a proven track record of success in the vision, automation, or related industry.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on mentality, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Willingness to travel globally.
