Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Aachen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive company growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company turnover and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and conditions with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and events, showcasing our products and services
- At least 3 years' experience in sales of electrical appliances and electronic products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term business partnerships
- Technical interest and knowledge of electrical engineering and radar systems an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- A dynamic and international work environment in Aachen
