We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Agile transformation initiatives as a Scrum Master. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking all activities of the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Sprint Planning: Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to ensure effective delivery of project and product requirements and schedule.
- Status Tracking: Monitor and report status issues to stakeholders and other departments.
- Change Control: Participate in Change Control Board meetings and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies and tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the products development lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
