Aviation Requirements Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Requirements Management Expert to join our team at Indra Avitech GmbH.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to identify and document service/system requirements for aviation projects. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and processes, ensuring that they align with project goals and objectives.
Additionally, the candidate will manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are traceable, testable and verifiable. They will also develop and implement data-driven solutions to support decision-making, improve business performance and achieve strategic goals.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. You should also have 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on the aviation industry and requirements management.
You will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in service requirements and system requirements management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello) is also necessary. Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g. SQL, NoSQL) would be an advantage.
