Scrum Master

Indra Avitech GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in leading our development team through Agile processes, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient project delivery.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. They will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and tracking activities across the product development lifecycle
- Providing guidance and support to the development team to ensure they understand and follow Scrum values and practices
- Serving as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, and other departments
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Project Managers on Sprint Planning
- Ensuring deliverables meet project and product requirements
- Participating in Change Control Board meetings and reporting status issues
You will also contribute to the definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of the entire System Development Lifecycle of software-intensive systems
- Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
