We are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our User Growth Marketing team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through exceptional lifecycle experiences, optimizing every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers.

About the Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for managing the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing best practices. You will also apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions, drive growth in the region while balancing out specific markets' demands and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Execute End-user Marketing Initiatives: Manage the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions, drive growth in the region while balancing out specific markets' demands and requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key local stakeholders and leads from other regions to manage cross-functional initiatives, get input from local teams, and give visibility of your work.
  • Local Trends and Opportunities: Spearheaded campaign innovation by identifying local trends, benchmarking competitors and marketing initiatives from other companies.
  • Execution and Project Management: Act as a project manager for local initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning to CRM campaign execution in an agile manner.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Find innovative ways to address challenges and blockers, apply strong experimentation skills, testing and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing and Execution: Proficient in efficiently managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Analytical and Project Management: With a data-driven mindset and exceptional project management skills, you optimize strategies and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Experimentation and Creative Vision: Comfortable with experimentations and proactive documentation of insights, testing and validating hypotheses locally.
  • Communication, Collaboration, and Autonomy: Communicates effectively at all non-executive levels with confidence, builds trust effortlessly and supports stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.
  • Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Your strength lies in identifying and solving problems, driving continuous improvement through collaboration and data-driven insights.
