Job Title: Associate Director – Strategy Germany
Longevity Partners is a leading energy and sustainability consultancy and investment business. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director – Strategy Germany to join our Munich office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the strategy teams in Germany, ensuring project completion, quality control, and deliverables.
- Develop the Business Unit's processes and tools, ensuring efficient team work with adequate quality control and meeting profitability targets.
- Work closely with the CEO, Country Managers, and other senior members of the Group to contribute to the success of the business.
- Create thought leadership elements for communication, enhancing client offerings and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of emerging thinking.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in ESG reporting at corporate and fund level, including GRESB and other industry standard ESG reporting platforms and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to manage and interpret data to inform effective decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-management skills.
- Proven project management experience and excellent communication skills.
