- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
- Provide scientific and technical support to customers, including product training and education.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Completed studies or doctorate in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics, or medicine.
- First professional experience in sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and scientific skills, with the ability to argue at eye level with opinion leaders.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policy and the healthcare landscape in oncology.
- Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, creativity, and proactivity.
- High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills.
- Very good communication and rhetorical skills.
- Customer orientation and strong networking skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Driving license class B.
