Cloud Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Partnership Development Manager to join our dynamic team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with industry-leading companies, driving sales growth, and fostering successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies to create mutually beneficial business opportunities.
- Collaborate with MobiLab's teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts to maximise partner engagement and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, partner programs, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance and partner contribution, providing regular updates to your leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline related to partner-driven opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through partners, identify potential target accounts, and explore opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
- You have proven experience in partner management, specifically with Microsoft and Databricks or other major technology companies.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through effective partnership management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation (especially Management Level).
- Proactive and self-motivated person capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Open to travel to partners and customers events and meetings.
- Fluent in English and German.
