Business Development Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth
- Support distributors in their daily business and yearly revenue growth through identification and development of new customers, sales calls, product presentations, and training
- Manage activities and grow overall business in the assigned region, including performance analysis, sales lead distribution, and record-keeping
- Engage with and support Festo sales personnel as a Fabco Product Expert
- Assist in the development and coordination of marketing activities
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and virtual meeting platforms
- 2+ years of related industrial pneumatic and/or distributor sales experience
- OEM/MRO sales experience desirable
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
