Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of forecasts and financial outcomes for Cloud ERP
  • Supporting data extraction and the development of presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to ensure project completion
  • Contributing to the assessment of Cloud ERP business developments and deriving actionable insights
  • Assisting in the generation of regular and ad-hoc reports, along with recommendations for enhancements when necessary
  • Supporting controllers during financial closing processes and daily operations
  • Conducting quality checks on reports in accordance with established guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university or applied sciences institution
  • Preferred academic backgrounds in Business Administration, Controlling, Banking, or Economics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • Essential soft skills include adaptability to new technologies, ability to work independently, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a systematic approach to tasks
  • Prior experience in Controlling or Finance roles is a plus

About the Role:

As part of the Chief Business Office (CBO) Controlling team, your primary focus will be on supporting the Cloud ERP division and other relevant areas as required. This team comprises experienced Controllers who actively engage in various initiatives such as sales support, business analysis, and process optimization while promoting a culture of teamwork, work-life balance, and enjoyment.
