Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of forecasts and financial outcomes for Cloud ERP.
- Support data extraction and the development of presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure project completion.
- Contribute to the assessment of Cloud ERP business developments and derive actionable insights.
- Help generate regular and ad-hoc reports, offering suggestions for enhancements as needed.
- Assist controllers with financial closings and daily operations.
- Conduct quality checks on reports in accordance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university or applied sciences institution.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Controlling, Banking, or Economics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Essential soft skills include adaptability to new technologies, ability to work independently, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a systematic approach to tasks.
- Prior experience in Controlling or Finance roles is a plus.

As part of the Chief Business Office (CBO) Controlling team, your primary focus will be on supporting the Cloud ERP division and other relevant areas as required. This team consists of experienced Controllers who actively engage in various initiatives such as sales support, business analysis, and process optimization while promoting a culture of teamwork, work-life balance, and enjoyment.
