Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of forecasts and financial outcomes for Cloud ERP.
  • Support data extraction and the development of presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure project completion.
  • Contribute to the assessment of Cloud ERP business developments and extract valuable insights.
  • Help generate regular and ad-hoc reports, offering suggestions for enhancements when necessary.
  • Assist financial controllers during closing processes and daily operations.
  • Conduct quality checks on reports in accordance with established protocols.

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university or applied sciences institution.
  • Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Controlling, Banking, or Economics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Essential soft skills include adaptability to new technologies, ability to work independently, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Previous experience in Controlling or Finance roles is a plus.

About the Role:

As part of the Chief Business Office (CBO) Controlling team, your primary focus will be on supporting the Cloud ERP division and other relevant areas as needed. This team consists of experienced Controllers who actively drive various initiatives such as sales support, business analysis, and process optimization while promoting a culture of teamwork, work-life balance, and enjoyment.
