Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Strategy

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Execution to lead our sales operations and drive commercial success across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, commercial strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales enablement.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
- Partner closely with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to align strategies and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related roles.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
