Simon-Kucher & Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our dynamic ESG department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to social and environmental goals that go beyond profit maximization.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate internal stakeholder groups, including our global network of 40 local ESG captains and corresponding projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy to align business activities with the company's objectives.
  • Increase employee engagement and utilize relevant communication channels for employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Steer internal and external ESG-communication and develop internal ESG events/employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the process around the introduction of an IT-based corporate volunteering platform.
  • Support with the annual ESG report and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree desirable.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in social concerns within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in internal and/or external communications an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software essential.
  • Influential communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across diverse groups.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to social responsibility.
