Wir suchen nach einem motivierten und erfahrenen Verkäufer, der Teil unseres Teams bei adidas wird. Als Senior Sales Assistant bist du verantwortlich für die Verkaufsförderung und die Kundenbindung in unserem Einzelhandelsgeschäft.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Kennt die Store-Ziele und arbeitet aktiv daran, diese zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen, nutzt dabei alle zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen
  • Identifiziert Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und kommuniziert Vorschläge an das Store Management, um den Geschäftserfolg zu steuern
  • Ist ein Vorbild im Customer Service und kurbelt die Verkäufe und die Marke an, indem er/sie fortgeschrittene Verkaufstechniken und relevante Elemente aus dem Customer Leitbild anwendet
  • Teilt seine/ihre Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service und coacht ausgewählte Kollegen/-innen, damit sie ihre Kenntnisse auf diesem Gebiet vertiefen können
  • Nutzt seine/ihre Kategorie-Erfahrung und Begeisterung für die Marke, um die Verkäufe und die Kundenbindung zu steuern und trainiert ausgewählte Kollegen/-innen über Basic Core und Seasonal-Produkte
  • Erhält ein ansprechendes, angenehmes Umfeld aufrecht, in dem die Kunden gerne einkaufen und achtet dabei auf Visual Merchandising sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Hält sich an Regeln und Abläufe (SOM-Regelungen), die für den Store gelten, und erhält eine sichere und angenehme Einkaufs-und Arbeitsatmosphäre aufrecht
  • Stellt sicher, dass das Warenangebot für den Kunden verfügbar ist, indem er/sie hilft, wenn Ware geliefert wurde und die Verkaufsfläche aufgefüllt werden muss
  • Schließt Verkäufe schnell und exakt ab und hält sich an die vorgegebenen Richtlinien zur Sicherung des Geldbestandes
  • Kontrolliert den Kassentagesbestand und führt Tagesabrechnungen durch (falls zutreffend)
  • Minimiert Verluste, indem er/sie während des Bedienens von Kunden immer auf den Warenbestand achtet
  • Arbeitet und teilt ggf. Aushilfen ein und betreut diese
  • Arbeitet produktiv und respektvoll mit den Teamkollegen/-innen zusammen, um die Ziele des Stores zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen
  • Übernimmt Verantwortung für das Reklamationsmanagement (falls zutreffend)
  • Ist immer bereit, bei Bedarf andere Teammitglieder zu unterstützen, führt Feedbackgespräche und erstellt Arbeitseinsatzpläne
  • Signalisiert fortwährende Lernbereitschaft und nutzt alle angebotenen Möglichkeiten, um seine/ihre Entwicklung voranzutreiben und seine/ihre Performance zu verbessern
  • Endless Aisle (falls zutreffend) Informiert Kunden über die neue Bestell-/Verkaufsmöglichkeit im Online Shop und verwendet das Endless Aisle Tablet um Produktbeschreibungen und/oder Kundenfeedback über Produkte während dem Verkaufsprozess anzubieten.
  • Click & Collect (falls zutreffend) Überwacht und überschaut neue Onlinebestellungen, die von Onlinekunden bestellt wurden und im Laden reserviert, gepackt und an den Kunden im Laden ausgegeben werden müssen.
  • Ship from Store (falls zutreffend) Überwacht und überschaut neue Onlinebestellungen, die an die Kunden per Lieferung geschickt werden müssen. Befugnisse:
    • Führt Feedbackgespräche
    • Höhere Befugnis im Warenwirtschaftssystem
    • Stellvertretung von Floor Manager und Assistant Store Manager in deren Abwesenheit
    • Bei Bedarf: Key Holder (verantwortlich für den Storeschlüssel, den Kassenabschluss und den Tresor) Vorwiegende Kontakte:
      • Kunden
      • Kollegen/-innen und Vorgesetzte Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:
        • Kompetenzen eines Advanced Retail Professionals
        • Erwartungsheft für ARP Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:
          • Einzelhandelsausbildung oder eine Ausbildung zum Verkäufer und mehrjährige Berufspraxis
          • Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Sport- und/oder Mode Einzelhandel, fortgeschrittene Verkaufserfahrung und solides Verständnis hinsichtlich Produkt, Einzelhandel und Branche
          • Englisch Grundkenntnisse
          • Grundlegende Schreib-und Rechenkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Kommunikationsfähigkeit
