Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complete construction projects from initial planning stages through execution, focusing on commercial building projects.
  • Guide and oversee the project team throughout all phases of development (1-5).
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure timely project delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and addressing their needs effectively.
Qualifications
  • Possess a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Be proficient in using MS Office Suite and CAD software.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
