We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect or Civil Engineer to join our team at MANAGEMENT mobil Personalberatung. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex building projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality building designs and projects
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong technical knowledge of building design and construction
