Student - Business Operations and Strategy Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic-minded student to contribute to our company's growth by breaking down complex problems and solving diverse tasks. As a Business Operations and Strategy Working Student, you will support the upper management in implementing company-wide projects and achieving goals in various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Operations and Strategy team in sales territory management, including defining effective territories and implementing them in our CRM system, as well as continuous reporting to evaluate the current setup.
- Conduct market potential analyses concerning volume, attractiveness, and other relevant factors.
- Support business-accelerating initiatives by generating ideas, operationalizing them, reporting, and monitoring their progress.
- Maintain and update existing reporting and dashboards.
- Create smaller reports and dashboards yourself after aligning closely with stakeholders on their requirements.
- Prepare content based on self-generated insights for weekly/monthly leadership update meetings.
- Support the team with general stakeholder alignment and communication.
- Ensure data quality in our CRM systems and the compliance of process directives and correct data inconsistencies.
- Support the team with driving data literacy of business leaders through data enablement, preparing and holding trainings, and documenting existing and new resources.

Requirements:
- We are looking for a working student who lives a strong hands-on mentality and is eager to tackle various tasks to support the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship).
- You have already gained some practical experience through internships in fast-paced, demanding environments like management consulting, big tech, or startups.
- You have experience in creating concise presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- English is required, as we are a European company.

Salary:
- Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour.
- Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,100€ per month.
