Join Our Team as an Office Management Apprentice

PAYBACK GmbH is a leading company in data-driven marketing worldwide, with a strong focus on developing digital business models and implementing technical trends. As an Office Management Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our HR and Financial teams in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in HR administration tasks, including creating employment contracts, certificates, and managing HR tool systems
  • Support in the selection of personnel and applicant management
  • Participate in monthly payroll activities and maintain and archive personnel files
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Learn accounting software and manage various business transactions, including account reconciliation and clarification
  • Audit, allocate, and record invoices while monitoring payment deadlines and managing dunning processes
  • Create master data and generate outgoing invoices
  • Support financial controlling, prepare financial reports, and participate in cost accounting and business analysis
Requirements
  • Completed technical college qualification and good English skills
  • Enjoy working with people and a strong interest in office and administrative tasks
  • Quick comprehension, an affinity for support, and attention to detail
  • High reliability and absolute discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic understanding of mathematical and economic concepts and a careful, correct approach to handling numbers
  • IT affinity with basic knowledge in office software, willingness to learn accounting programs, and openness to new technologies
  • Organized and structured working method with a focus on time management, document maintenance, and systematic procedures
