About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Human Resources team in various tasks, including job advertisement editing, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and post job advertisements in German and English
- Screen received applications using our online applicant management tool (Workday)
- Coordinate job interviews and applicant correspondence
- Assist with personnel processing, including changes in compensation, relocations, and employee inquiries
- Gain valuable insights into the HR department's wide range of tasks and processes
Requirements:
- Currently studying in economics, organizational psychology, or a comparable field (ideally with a focus on human resources)
- Internship starting in September 2024 is a mandatory part of your studies, comprising at least 3 months
- Independent, committed, and reliable work style, with strong communication skills and trustworthiness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent German and English language skills
