Director, Sales Compliance Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of a sales compliance framework that aligns with Wolt's growth strategy. As the Sales Compliance Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating and operationalizing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes Oxley certifications, while enabling sales team productivity and activation/onboarding accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a sales compliance framework that ensures Wolt's growth while upholding regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Internal Audit, Strategy & Operations, Systems, Legal, Accounting, Engineering, and Product, to develop and land appropriate controls across 25 countries.
  • Lead the Sales Compliance team in building the foundations for scalable and efficient acquisition, enabling the next chapter of Wolt's merchant strategy.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements throughout the order-to-cash process.
  • Ensure Wolt maintains SOX compliance while continuing fast growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sales compliance, business systems, process improvement, tools, and enablement at high-growth technology startups or well-established companies.
  • Highly proficient in designing order-to-cash processes, systems, and tools, such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance as it relates to order-to-cash systems and processes.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with administration of sales systems and/or contracting tools.
