As our Accreditation Manager for GHG, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services meet international standards and contribute to a more sustainable future.



About the Job

This exciting opportunity will see you managing accreditations with key bodies like DAkkS, UKAS, and other global accreditation bodies. You will also be responsible for handling flag state authorizations, conducting risk analyses, and working on program development. Additionally, you will train staff on regulatory compliance, follow the latest updates in EU, IMO, and UK regulations, and collaborate on digital tools to define IT requirements from a regulatory perspective.



Responsibilities and Requirements


  • Accreditation Management: Oversee accreditations with global accreditation bodies, ensuring compliance and adherence to international standards.
  • Flag State Authorizations: Handle authorizations from flag states to maintain compliance and ensure seamless operations.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk analyses, focusing on verification and impartiality risks to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Program Development: Lead the creation, documentation, and implementation of verification programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Train staff on regulatory compliance, providing guidance on EU, IMO, and UK regulations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Digital Tools Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to define IT requirements from a regulatory perspective, ensuring digital tools meet the needs of the organization.
  • Quality Management: Manage and maintain quality documentation to ensure the organization meets the highest standards of quality.

About You


  • Education: You hold a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in Ship Engineering, Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: You're Tech-Savvy and comfortable using the MS Office suite, able to navigate through standard software with ease.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You're a People Person—communicative and sociable, thriving in collaborative environments and enjoying working with others.
  • Attention to Detail: You're Detail-Oriented, organized, thorough, and maintain a high standard of quality in your work.
