About Our Team
We are the Corporate Sustainability team at ABOUT YOU, driving the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy. Our work involves collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure we meet our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent human rights violations and environmental impacts within our company and supply chains.
- Manage and coordinate due diligence obligations, including annual risk analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead review meetings, coordinate deadlines, and prepare action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Programme manage extended producer responsibility for textiles, including clarification of new legal requirements, reporting, and development of prevention plans.
- Further develop our sustainability strategy by translating new legal requirements into actionable plans and implementing them with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- University degree and more than 2 years of experience in sustainability.
- Experience as a project or multi-project manager, with a proven track record of achieving results within timelines.
- Working knowledge of legal requirements from the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, ESG reporting, and accompanying non-financial audits.
- Ability to work with data to gain insights and drive transformation processes.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
