Environmental Impact Specialist

We are on a mission to save 1 billion tonnes of CO2 emissions yearly, which is as much as all emissions from commercial aviation worldwide. Our goal is to build a smart greenhouse gas measurement platform with portable sensor technology for energy companies that need to quantify, report, and reduce methane emissions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Environmental Impact Specialist, you will assist in a wide range of operational, sales & marketing activities, contributing to strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth running of our business. You will also own and execute special projects that are essential for our company growth, while being a core contributor to the success of our go-to-market strategy.

Additionally, you will provide data-driven analysis to key decision-makers, turning complex data into actionable insights that will shape our company's direction. You will report to and work closely with our Founders' Associate, CEO & COO.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a passionate problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys taking ownership of tasks. You will also need to be an analytical thinker, push for excellence, and continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.

Furthermore, you will need to be comfortable in high-pace environments with quickly changing tasks and requirements. You will also need to be eager to step into a role with significant autonomy and accountability, where you can directly influence company growth.

Finally, you will need to be an excellent communicator, both in English and German, and be able to articulate ideas and insights clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills & experience that you will need include currently being enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management & Technology, or a related field with top-of-class results. You will also need at least one previous experience in a high-paced environment, such as a startup, VC, or consulting.

Additionally, you will need to be smart, ambitious, and analytical, with a passion for real impact. You will also need excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and autonomously.

Fluency in both English and German is also required.
