Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Regionale Verantwortung in der Region Mitte-Südwest
  • Die Einarbeitung, Führung und Coaching eines zehnköpfigen Teams zur Umsetzung der Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie
  • Auf- und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu den Top-Entscheidern innerhalb der Region und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Trade Marketing Team zur Optimierung des POS-Auftritts
  • Analyse der Vertriebskennzahlen und Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufskonzepten (insb. Perfect Store)
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Key Account Managern zur Erreichung kundenindividueller Ziele
  • Eigenständige abteilungsübergreifende Projektarbeit sowie aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst, sowie Erfahrung als Führungskraft für FMCG/Konsumgüter, in der regionalen Steuerung eines Teams
  • Gewinnbringende Führungspersönlichkeit, die das Team durch eine ausgeprägte Begeisterungsfähigkeit motivieren und nachhaltig weiterentwickeln kann
  • Teamorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsstärke
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke, Hands on Mentalität, sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Der Start ist ab sofort in Frankfurt am Main oder Umgebung geplant.
