Sales Manager for Beverage Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the beverage industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and increase sales of our red fruit juices and concentrates.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our red fruit juice and concentrate products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on juices and concentrates.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
