Lead Sales Executive for Cloud Solutions

The demand for business applications is surging, with growth exceeding 30% annually. Oracle seeks a proactive individual with a strong drive to expand our presence through consultative selling, demonstrating a passion for customer-focused problem-solving, and guiding our clients on their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior Sales Account Manager, ensuring the success of Oracle's clients by focusing on the retention and expansion of existing cloud relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for current cloud clients by illustrating how Oracle's cloud application suite can address their present challenges while future-proofing their operations. Customer advocacy is essential.
- Collaborate with the broader Oracle team, including Customer Success Managers and Product teams, to ensure clients realize the full value of their solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and outcomes.
- Cultivate key relationships at all levels within client organizations to secure both strategic and operational access, facilitating customer advocacy and growth.
- Manage an active pipeline of forecasted sales opportunities to achieve monthly quota objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Oracle's SaaS cloud solution capabilities and services, as well as industry and digital trends relevant to your clients.
- Engage with the Oracle and partner ecosystem, including Oracle Consulting, Sales Consulting, Alliance & Channel, Customer Success, Oracle Partners, and Support organizations to resolve client issues.

- Experience in selling SaaS, other Cloud solutions, or consulting services, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle.
- Proven ability to analyze and quickly comprehend client needs, leveraging insights for consultative selling.
- Capability to provide a unique perspective by reframing and challenging clients' views of their business; adept at structuring sales pitches to emphasize customer value and influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in facilitating two-way communication by clearly articulating value propositions and addressing client pain points.
- Established experience in the Public Sector, with a deep understanding of industry requirements and challenges.
- A passion for tracking digital and industry trends and understanding their implications for clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly evolving organization with a dynamic leadership team.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in leveraging social media for business development.
- Strong prospecting, business development, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
